Shipping & Refunds

All product prices listed online are inclusive of GST and are denominated in $AUD. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you inadvertently process an order in error, please contact the store immediately to address the issue at mail(at)jacka.design.

JACKA DESIGN reserves the right to amend product prices online at any time. In the rare case that we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will promptly contact you to discuss options such as organising a replacement product or issuing a refund.

Shipping, Deliveries, Click and Collect & Returns

SHIPPING

Free shipping is applicable for all orders above $150.00. A flat shipping rate of $15 applies to all purchases below $150.00. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped. Depending on your location, the delivery timeframe may range between 2 and 10 days. For a delivery status update on your order, please refer to your tracking number. If issues persist, kindly email [email protected]. JACKA DESIGN exclusively ships within Australia.

RETURNS POLICY

Please note that there is no refund or exchange on sale items.

Faulty Items

JACKA DESIGN meticulously inspects all items before dispatch. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at [email protected] within 5 business days of receiving your order, and we will promptly organise a refund or replacement for you.

Made to Order / Custom & *Special Order Items

No refunds can be given for made-to-order or Special Order items. If an order is cancelled, the customer forfeits the deposit.

*Special Order refers to any item for which an order is generated, i.e., an item was not available in-store at the time of purchase. Any item that JACKA DESIGN would not have purchased if not for the order in question being placed.

Changed Your Mind?

If you wish to exchange a product due to it not being suitable for you, please email us at mail(at)jacka.design within 5 business days of receiving it to obtain a refund authorisation.

Once authorised, our staff will provide assistance with information on returning the item.

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns. Instead, we can provide a replacement product, or a credit note for the item, deducting the original postage costs you paid (if applicable).

Postage for returning the item to our store must be covered by you. Returning the item directly to our Albert Park store is a preferred option if feasible.
