WHOLE: Recipes for Simple Wholefood Eating is a cookbook I curated and photographed with the simple intention to be able to share the value of good food and good health. Inspired by my own personal journey and belief in the idea that a more mindful approach to eating is a happier, healthier one, WHOLE will help kick-start your own health journey and provide some delicious inspiration.

The book features a collection of recipes created by the following contributors who are some of New Zealand’s notable food bloggers and entrepreneurs: Olivia Scott of The Raw Kitchen, Danijela Unkovich of Healthy Always, Hannah Horton of  Health Yeah! & Eleanor Ozich of  Mondays Wholefoods, Jordan Rondel of The Caker, Sophie Carew of Carew Kitchen, Monique Satherley of Snackpack, Kelly Gibney of Bonnie Delicious, Abbylee Childs & Twyla Eloise of Healthyself, and Buffy-Ellen Gill of Be Good Organics.

With 50 delicious healthy wholefoods recipes written exclusively for this book, there is bound to be a recipe for you, be it a Mango and Turmeric Cheesecake, Pina Colada smoothies, Banana Oat Pancakes or a healthy take on Cacao No-Grainola.
